Landscape Effects Property Management (LFX PM) is all-season property management, landscaping, and snow removal with over 25 years of experience. We provide lawn maintenance, landscape design/construction, and snow/ice control services to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
As part of the Landscape Effects Group of Companies, we work at both the local and national levels, with more than 35 million square feet of parking, laneways, and sidewalks in the winter and thousands of acres of landscape maintenance utilizing a vast network of associate contractors in the spring, summer, and fall.
Our current portfolio of customers includes a wide range of commercial sectors, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and communications and public utilities, among many others. Our seasoned professionals service properties ranging from 5,000 ft2 to over 2 million ft2. With equipment inventories and access to additional equipment that is nearly limitless, there is no project or job that we cannot service well and at a more economical cost than the lead competitors
